The service received from this firm and in particular the professional attention given by the gentleman Dean was excellent. Having employed between 17 and 22 staff over our business career I can say, without question, he would be I would wish on our team and thank him for all he did to ensure we received the goods we wanted. Nice choice, we ordered 2 sets drawers were marked, no quibble just gave us refund, other companies seem to drag there feet when it comes to refunds, after this positive experience will definitely use again.

A big barn of a furniture warehouse on 4 floors. A wide selection of middle of the range furniture. There would be items to suit all tastes. Prices were very competitive with lots of good reductions. Not a lot of staff, so uninterrupted browsing easy without being badgered. When I did engage members of the sales staff, they were all friendly, knowledgeable, and keen to help. On returning next day after buying some items with a query, they were just as helpful and accommodating.

Was pleasantly surprised at the large range of stock available. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Made a purchase and was offered an extra discount because it was the last item, but also could have waited a few days if I preferred. Great customer service.

Lots of choice and excellent value. Delivery prices reasonable. Staff very helpful and not pressuring you to buy. The building looks a bit shabby but what they save there, you don’t pay on your furniture. All in all, with 10 years of buying there, I able to say to give them a try, you won’t be disappointed.

Went with my dad, he was buying a wardrobe. I ended up buying a bed for myself, lovely selection and very friendly staff that let you browse without being pushy. Love my new bed it looks lovely and is so comfy.

I Went to look for a new sofa a few months ago with mum and dad we was left to look round and when we was ready to ask a member of staff for help he was very helpful good advice on the two different sofas I was interested in and helped me to make my final decision about the sofa not trying to push me into anything like some places do when I phoned the shop to ask about my sofa the staff was very helpful and I’ve just received my sofa today the delivery men was great and said I can ring the shop if there was a problem my sofa is perfect and nothing wrong with at all am one happy customer would definitely recommend and I would go back and get other things too

Great family business excellent value experience staff

Popped in to view some bedroom furniture & bought 2 beautiful bedside chests of drawers. They were in stock so we took them home straight away. Good value & Lovely service from the staff…..Not pushy like they are in some places. Plenty of choice & reasonably priced.

We ordered our suite from furniture factors on the 5th of January 2021 just as we went into lockdown and we finally received it yesterday the 25th of November this was a long wait but the staff in the office have been absolutely brilliant keeping me informed as to where it was on its journey I can’t thank them enough for all their help and I’m thrilled to bits with the suite well worth the wait thankyou furniture factors

We ordered 2 settees in October they said they would deliver in February and sure enough they came today with my delight a day early the service was fabulous they took our old settees away they staff was helpful all the way through the delivery men were lovely couldn’t wish for more thank you to everyone .

Six months after purchasing a sideboard, one of the drawer runners failed. More in hope than expectation, I contacted the company and they could not have been more helpful. Replacement runners despatched promptly and fitted to resolve the problem. Excellent customer service from Zac and Muddasir. Thank you.

Didn’t make a purchase when I visited recently but the staff were helpful and the choice very good – seemed to have something to suit all pockets. Will definitely be returning.
