When you’re investing in new furniture it’s only natural that you will want to keep it looking like new for as long as possible. This is why our Staingard product offers a 5 year care plan. Whether you have purchased a fabulous new sofa or chair you can rest assured that by purchasing this stains only care plan you are covered when an accident spoils the appearance of your furniture.
The price for this product is charged per seat, therefore if you are ordering a 2 seater sofa you will need to add 2 of these products etc. If you have any questions regarding this please don’t hesitate to contact our team.
Stains Only Plan – What am i covered for?
With our stains only plan you will be covered for the following stains including:
- Acids
- Cosmetics
- Shoe polish
- Ink
- Bleach
- Caustics
- Corrosives
- Paints
- Superglue
- Human & animal bodily fluids
- Dyes and dye transfer
- All food stuff and drinks
Staining must result from a sudden or unforeseen event. This policy does not provide cover for an accumulation or build up over a period of time.
How does the care plan work?
Simply follow the instructions provided to you in your care plan documentation. Our friendly customer service team are also on hand should you have any questions.
How do i make a claim?
All you need to do is call the dedicated claims and advice line on the number detailed on your policy document within 7 days of the incident occuring. A technician will be sent to your home at a mutually convenient time and they will take care of the problem, if they are unable to effect a satisfactory stain removal they will replace the damaged item at no cost to you.

Ordering & Delivery
Step 1 – You order your items online. Don’t forget our friendly team are always on hand to assist with orders. Simply call us on 01302 782822.
Step 2 – You will receive an order confirmation email.
Step 3 – Someone from our customer service team will give you a courtesy call to acknowledge we have received your order. If your order is in stock, we will arrange a delivery date/time. If your order has to be specially made, we will provide a delivery lead time.
Step 4 – If your order has been specially made, we will contact you once it has arrived in stock and arrange delivery.
Step 5 – On the day of delivery you will be given an estimated delivery time slot.
